Fully furnished, it has a complete kitchen including a fridge with a freezer, and a TV set. It also has a balcony with a grill. Private garage. Very quiet neighborhood, near the beach. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Rental directly with the owner.

The apartment is located at the Ingleses beach, in the city of Florianopolis – the capital of Brazilian state of Santa Catarina. Florianópolis has 40-plus white-sand beaches distributed along of the 33-mile-long island that makes up much of the city. It has some of Brazil’s most beautiful beaches.
Florianopolis’ northern beach Praia dos Ingleses faces the open ocean Atlantic – with white sand and crystal clean waters, medium waves, with the water always warm. The beach has dunes that are perfect to do sandboarding, a submarine archaeological site (where you can go snorkeling), ecologic trails, prehistoric lithic workshops and rocks with petroglyphs. Nearby you find the beaches of Santinho, Brava, Lagoinha, Moçambique, Canasvieiras, Ponta das Canas, Cachoeira, Jurere, Daniela, Forte and others. It also provides complete tourist infrastructure with diversified commerce.
