To validate a reservation, our customers must send proof of payment and the following information:

To reserve one of our properties, we require a booking confirmation deposit of 50% of the total rental amount. The remainder of the rent will be charged up to 48 hours before check-in, or upon check-in at the property.

Payment, corresponding to 50% of the reservation, can be made by PIX, bank transfer/deposit or in cash at our office.

Full payment for the remainder of the rent + cleaning fee + deposit must be made at the time of signing the contract and handing over the keys.

The deposit will be required at check-in in cash with a value pre-determined per property at the time of booking.

In order for us to allocate your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via WhatsApp or email.

Your reservation will be validated from the moment the reservations department confirms your payment.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the rental property ceases to be available, we offer our customers the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check in

Check-in time: 3 pm until 10 pm.

The guest is obliged to inform us of their arrival time and to give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. During the check-in process, the guest must call our check-in department (available 24/7), +55 48 991335152, up to thirty minutes before arriving at the property. After receiving the call, one of our employees will wait for the guest at the entrance of the reserved property.

If the customer arrives before our official check-in time of 3 pm, they will have to wait for the attendant to arrive to provide assistance.

If the apartment is available and the client wants to be assured of the possibility of an early check-in, a change between 6am and 3pm can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rental. This amount must be paid in advance.

For check-ins between 10pm and 6am, the rent equivalent to the previous day must be paid.


Check-out time: 8 am to 11 am.

An employee of [FÉRIAS FLORIPA IMÓVEIS] will be able to meet the guest at the property (the time will be scheduled in advance in the rental contract), in order to examine the property, receive the keys and return the security deposit.

If the apartment is available and the client only wishes to leave between 11am and 6pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid at the entrance.

For check-outs between 6pm and midnight, we charge the rent equivalent to the next day. If the customer does not check-out at the agreed time, after a grace period of 30 minutes, a fine of 200 Reais will be charged if the check-out is before 11am. After 11am, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment before the deadline. Changes to booking dates will only be permitted subject to availability and written confirmation.

FÉRIAS FLORIPA IMÓVEIS has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of amounts paid by the client, if one of the following cases occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, organization of parties, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay in full the rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, FÉRIAS FLORIPA IMÓVEIS does not assume responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting therefrom. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In case of problems and disturbances with Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of rental payment.
